Aamir Khan’s son Junaid is all set to make his debut with his dad in Rajkumar Hirani’s film Peekay. He will not be acting but assisting Rajkumar in the film.
The film stars Aamir Khan with Anushka Sharma. Basically, Junaid will be the first assistant to the director Rajkumar Hirani. Reveals a source, the young Khan has been running helter skelter, all across the country, in search of a suitable location for the shoot.
The film is said to go on floors later this year.
Tells a source to a daily, “Junaid has always been fascinated by the various aspects of filmmaking. He used to often accompany his father to the sets of his films. He always had a viewpoint. And Aamir was rather impressed with it,”
At 17, the boy has already started following in his dad’s footsteps. We hope assisting a director like Rajkumar Hirani, will be rewarding for Junaid.
